Why Are Old Vine Wines So Dang Good?!

Because there are no regulations or classifications around the term “Old Vines,” many wine producers unfortunately use this term on their labels as a marketing play. So what makes a grape vine an old vine? The answer truly varies based on who you ask, so my wine recommendation is come up with your own opinion on this topic.

For me, I think vines over 50+ years earn their right to be in the “Old Vine” category! And in this video below, I share how old vine wines can bring out some truly unique characteristics in a wine.
